Returns
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the watch must:

90-Day Warranty
Every LuxStar watch is covered by a 90-Day Warranty against manufacturing defects.
If your watch experiences a manufacturing issue within 90 days of delivery, contact our support team. After inspection and approval, we will repair, replace, or provide an appropriate solution at no additional cost.
This warranty does not cover:

Accidental damage.

Damage caused by improper use.

Normal wear and tear.

Water damage caused by misuse beyond the watch's intended resistance.

Damage caused by drops, impacts, or unauthorized repairs.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to process the refund.
